Self development through shaolin martial arts
A traditional Southern Shaolin Kung Fu club teaching tiger crane combination, chi kung, shaolin weapons, shuang yang pei ho rou ruan, san shou and lion/dragon dance, We are a part of the British council for chinese martial arts (BCCMA) and have clubs in the south east of the UK as well as the North east and Wiltshire, as well as a residential training centre in Thailand and a main governing branch in Singapore. The North East Branches teach juniors from age 8+ (at least one parent must train alongside juniors aged 8 to 12).
