About Hartlepool Stage Society

promoting local theatre and amateur dramatics

The society started in 1952 as the Hartlepool Gilbert and Sullivan Society, changing its name to the Hartlepool Stage Society in 1992 to reflect the different types of shows produced. Rehearsals are every Tuesday and Thursday night at 7:30-9:30 in the Society Hall, Osborne Road, Hartlepool . Our main production is a Musical Show in April, followed by a Concert in November at the Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre New members are always welcome unfortunately there is a minimum age limit of 10 years and above

Our activities include : Theatre, Amateur Dramatics, Music Groups, Singing and Operatic Singing.
