Torpoint Badminton Club are part of the Plymouth & District Badminton League but are actually based in Torpoint which is in South East Cornwall It is only a 10 min ferry ride away from Plymouth and is easily accessible. Torpoint Badminton now play in a purpose built sports hall. For 43 years we played in a single court hall but now we have a brand new 4 court hall which is ideal for Badminton. Since moving to the new hall in May 2006 we have had quite a few visitors and it some of them have joined as members. We are enjoying playing in our new hall and because we have new members we are able to put additional teams in the League. We now have 2 mixed teams and a men�s team in the league. Torpoint Badminton Club has always been a friendly club that caters for most players. if you want to play for fun, or take it that little bit more seriously , Torpoint could be the club for you! We play with feather shuttlecocks. Not only do we play Badminton but we have a very good social side as well As we are now playing in a new 4 court hall we would like to attract to attract a lot more new & exiting players from Torpoint and the surrounding area. Come along and give us a try!

The new season is about to start and now is the time to come along and start to play. Most people have played Badminton at some time even if it was at school.

Now that the darker evenings are coming in, now is the time to find that extra activity to get you in to shape. Badminton could just be that thing you need!

If it is just for the social side or something a bit more serious, you should find that your Wednesday evenings could change for the better! come along and give it a try!
