Unlike other martial arts programmes your child will learn about Stranger Awareness, Fire, Poisons, Basic First Aid & much much more..............

What are Life Skills?

Life skills are learning about Colours, Shapes & Numbers along with Hand & Eye-coordination, Memory & Balancing exercises.
Combining all of the above with Basic Martial Arts & Self Defence Skills this will help prepare your child for the world ahead & joining the higher martial arts sessions we offer.
All this presented within fun packed sessions each week while learning good Common sense & Martial arts skills.
