About 4 DRAGONS MARTIAL ARTS

“4 Dragons Martial Arts” is run by Di Sensei Trevor Bailey 3rd Dan, Sensei Teresa Bailey 3rd Dan and Sensei Trevor Bailey Jnr 1st Dan.

We have been established for over 5 years, previously having foundered our first club at St Marys in Beeston, but reluctantly handed the club over due to work commitments.

Missing the fun of training, we re-opened “4 Dragons” (after 4 months) due to POPULAR DEMAND at St Anthony’s, Old Lane, Beeston, where most of the old gang returned, and the club has once again has grown in popularity, mostly by word of mouth.

Between the three of us we have over 40 years experience in Karate, Iaido (SAMURAI SWORD) and Jujitsu.

Trevor and Teresa have represented ENGLAND in the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, Switzerland, IN TRADITIONAL WEAPONRY.

Teresa, came a respectful 8^th(out of 36) and Trevor, came away with a SILVER MEDAL.

So we are well diverse in internal and external tournaments

We also teach a variety of self defence including, ladies self defence and ground fighting.

Ladies self defence is taught by Sensei Teresa Bailey and Sensei Claire O’neill.

Please note we are a Traditional Wado Ryu Martial arts club, as taught by Ohtsuka, and NOT Wado based like some clubs.
