We are a long established traditional mens Yorkshire longsword dance side (Cotswold Morris dancing no longer taught but occasionally danced) which practices every Thursday evening on the outskirts of Harrogate at Pannal Scout hut 8-10pm. We dance out several times a year, some being traditional events on Boxing day and Plough Sunday.
The side is always happy to teach newcomers who would be welcome. Annual subscription is £30 and the age of our group is 40+. We do take our hobby seriously as the aim is to entertain and impress but we invariably end up full of mirth & merriment especially after a few beers.
