Ampthill and Flitwick Dramatic Society

We are an Amateur dramatic society and have been running for 71 years. We usually perform two plays per year in Parkside Hall Ampthill as well as supporting and taking part in other community activities and events.  We have a dedicated storage and set building facility. We generally meet for rehearsals every Monday and Thursday in season but have play readings/social evening on the first Monday of each month in Parkside hall. We have a social side with theatre visits, film nights, dining out etc. as well as a Christmas dinner where we have an awards ceremony. Our age group is from 16 to 70 years of age and membership is FREE. We always welcome prospective new members for acting, set building, lighting or just helping out.  Details through our website: www.afds.co.uk
