About Cherry Willingham Badminton Club
The Club has evolved from being just a social pay and play facility for local residents to a members club catering for a mixed ability range drawn from the wider community.
We are unable to accept complete beginners as members but do encourage novices particularly young people to join. Our current age group ranges from 15 to 67 with 20% women.
We affiliate to Badminton England and the Lincs.County Ass. Although most of our members prefer social play we do have a number who enjoy competition and playing matches against other clubs.
Visitors/Guests are welcome at £3 a session. After three visits the Club Committee will make a decision to accept any membership application. Current 2010/11 fees are Adults £138, Juniors £90 paid quarterly by standing order. We meet for 50 weeks of the year.
We have excellent facilities including four courts,changing and showers,ample parking and a small fitness room available at a small extra cost.
Our activities include : Badminton and Keep Fit.
