We are looking for people who enjoy singing. If you sing in the bath, in the shower, while you are driving or walking the dog this could be just right for you. You don't have to be able to read music; some of us can't including me. New songs are learned from music files that we produce ourselves.

We are a newly formed, mixed voice choir who are recruiting members. At the moment we are thirteen, with a target to achieve sixteen members as soon as possible. We are looking for people who are interested in singing arrangements in very close four part harmony. You don't have to have sung in a choir before. You just need to enjoy singing.

We meet once a week on Thursday from 8pm to 10pm in Skelmersdale although two of our current members travel from outside the town to practice. Our musical director travels 45 miles to be with us.

We have only been together in this form for six months and so our repertoire is still fairly small but we hope to compile a varied set of titles covering a wide range of styles. This is where we are at the moment.

We had already achieved performance standard with these songs in another choir.
