Emphasis is on correct alignment and cultivating core strength, this enables a profound connection to mind, body & spirit. Roll out your mat and step into the flow of yoga and begin to cultivate a state of balance and harmony in your life. Classes are suitable for both beginner's and experienced yogi's.

SorayaYoga also teaches children in their popular Beany Yoga classes, the classes incorporate stories, singing, traditional yoga postures and laughter. Come a rock a vinyasa flow teen class, set to music, we explore yoga and breath to give you some needed time-out. Family yoga sessions are fun & creative, where parents and their children can enjoy yoga together.
