Kirk Langley Drama Group

Our drama group is based in a small village and has been in existence for over 30 years. We generally meet in the Leeke Memorial Hall next to St Michaels Church, Kirk Langley. Our membership is relatively small and together with the size of the hall stage restricts the scale of the productions we put on. We currently put on one production each year, during the last week of February (just prior to the lambing season!). This takes the form of a mixed programme of two one-act plays with some short music or sketch pieces in between. Our audiences are generally drawn from within the parish as we have historically not publicised productions, relying on word of mouth. We will always encourage new members - of any age.

 

Our main activity is Amateur Dramatics.
