Wakefield Film Society
About Wakefield Film Society
Wakefield Film Society has been screening films from around the world since January 2009. Idependent and foreign language films are shown at least once a month, the idea is to show films that don't make it to the local multiplexes. In January 2010 Wakefield Film Society will have a new permanent home at the Theatre Royal Wakefield.
There are two types of membership; day membership is £4 and entitles admission to the film on that day, Season Membership is £40 and entitles admission to the films in that season (a season usually consists of 12 or more films).
Our main activity is Film Screenings.
