Health and Fitness Nordic Walking classes and organised walks for men, women and children. INWA Nordic Walking instructor helps beginners learn how to Nordic Walk . Regular Nordic walks arranged each week for people to enjoy the great outdoors, to help boost health, fitness or sports, help reduce stress or lose a few pounds in an enjoyable way.

Classes take place in a local country park. Visit our website below for classes available in the Peterborough area, e.g. Bretton Park Lessons offered for beginners, refreshers and regular walkers all year round. We are: Open to both males and females

Currently accepting new members

Club open to all ages from 8 upwards.

NB: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
