We train twice a week at the Markhams Busy bee,s Laindon LInk basildon on Tuesday,s 19.15 till 21.15 and Fridays 19.30 -21.30 Please check out the official website for further information and to view more pictures. We feel that we have something of interest for everyone. We have a very keen understanding of sreet awareness and what is required to be safe in a hostile environment. We train safe in a friendly environment and try to ensure that training is enjoyable for all. We participate in the British National Martial Arts, European and World championships once a year and we get invitations to demonstrate our techniques or do seminars. We are Members of Black belt International, British National Martial Arts Association and are Affilliated to Zendoryu and Dillman Karate International and will be on the DKI website in 2010.
