Pole Dancing Lessons – BURNS IN THE REGION OF 250-300 CALORIES PER HOUR!! Pole Dancing is a low impact way to lose weight and improve fitness as well as building confidence, strength and flexibility….a perfect combination of dace, sensuality & fun!!

Pole Conditioning ClassesThis circuit class is designed to include both cardiovascular and strength training to condition the body using a variety of equipment including skipping ropes, kettle bells, boxing gloves and of course – poles!

For general fitness or to improve your pole dancing skills, this class is an all body workout! No pole skills necessary

Times: Every Thursday 7pm-8pm

Street Dance – NEW! Vertical Fitness has teamed up with AJ’s Street Dance to offer you the opportunity to learn some of the hottest new dance moves, as seen in music videos, to help make you the envy of the dance floor!

Yoga – NEW! Vertical Fitness has introduces yoga classes to promote total body fitness and mental calm to compliment the high energy workouts that we offer. Yoga improves flexibility, strength, stamina and overall physical fitness. It enhances concentration and co-ordination and provides relaxation and general sense of well-being.
