Top grade Black Belt (Dan Grade) instructors are ready to teach from beginner to 3rd Dan syllabus. All sizes, ages and abilites welcome. Come along and train for fitness or competition.
We are primarily a BJC (British Judo Council ) Club all coaches FPJ2 accredited, but also have some 1st dan, 2nd Dan and 3rd Dan BJA (British Judo Association) members some of whom are BJA Qualified coaches as well.
Open 3 Nights a week, the club caters for all levels of ability and always welcomes new members. Based in the Centre of Milton Keynes, come and visit us.
Judo teaches self-discipline and respect for oneself and others. You`ll grow in self-confidence, concentration, as well as physical coordination, power, and flexibility.
It's also an Olympic Sport
But most of all it's just FUN!
