Welcome to Go Maru Defence, Martial Arts Centre
We are the only fulltime Martial Arts centre in Gateshead, we have a fully matted training area with Bag's, Strike Pad's, Focus Pad's, Speed Balls etc. We have a CV room with Treadmills, Rowers, Ex Bikes, Sit up Bench, a multi Gym and some free weight, we have classes in Karate, Kung Fu, Iaido, MMA, Tai Chi with many more starting soon, we also have Keep Fit, Karatercise as well as a 12 week weight loss program with proven results. Fees all depends on which class you our doing, to just use the centre ie the CV Room and Matted Area when not in use by a class, the Membership is £20 for one year and you pay £1.00 for a hour session between 9am and 4pm or £1.50 for an hour session between 4pmm and 10pm, An instructor is always on hand to help,
The Centre in available for hire by Clubs or Instructors wanting to start a club or hold a seminar,
Members are aged between 5yrs old and 70yrs old.
